TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
- The prices shown in the price list include delivery to the customer's address (except for the Canary Islands).
- Shipments destined for the Canary Islands will be understood to be carriage paid to the transport agency or forwarding agent designated by the client in the Valencian Community.
- The minimum order is established according to the country of destination. For Spain, the minimum order is 1000€ (taxable base), other countries, ExFactory conditions. If the customer requires a transport service, Angel Cerdá, S.L. will provide, within its possibilities and destination, an estimate specifically calculated for each shipment.
- Orders that do not exceed the minimum established for the Spanish destination will be subject to the application of an additional charge of 6% on the taxable base as a contribution to the cost of transport.
- When, at the request of the customer, the delivery must be made directly to the home of a final consumer, an additional charge will be made, previously calculated in the invoice, which will include the cost of this service.
- Any shortages, losses, breakages or damage that may occur to the goods during transport must be noted on the carrier's delivery note. Failing this, they must be notified by e-mail to soporte@angelcerda.com within a period not exceeding 48 hours of receipt.
- Any claim for breakage, damage or quality must always be properly documented and accompanied by photographs proving the incident.
- No quality claims or returns of goods will be accepted after 10 days from the date of receipt, except for hidden faults or defects included in the quality guarantee, which must be properly documented.
- Orders placed by telephone must be subsequently confirmed in writing. The customer must always receive an order confirmation by email. If this is not received, it shall be understood that the order has not been placed correctly.
- All orders must be placed through the private area of the website shop.angelcerda.com. Exceptionally orders can be placed via email pedidos@angelcerda.com taking into account that the customer must always receive an email confirmation of the order sent by email. If this is not received, it should be understood that the order has not been placed correctly.
- Reservation of ownership. The products that have not been paid for are the property of Ángel Cerdá S.L.
- All prices are subject to the application of the corresponding V.A.T. or equivalence surcharge in force on the date of issue of the invoice.
- All orders placed with Angel Cerdá, S.L. must be paid by bank transfer in advance. For special operations, Angel Cerdá, S.L. will request a commercial credit report from its customers and will only finance invoices to those with risk coverage approved by the insurance company Crédito y Caución.
- Exceptionally, customers with credit cover will be able to avail of financing depending on the method of payment, and must duly complete, sign and stamp the SEPA document.
- In the event of non-payment of an invoice, Angel Cerdá will automatically block the customer's account and will take the necessary measures, either through its insurer or through legal action, to claim payment in defence of its interests.The incidences in the payments will generate an automatic bank record and will be notified to the RAI and may affect the credit quality of the client in front of third parties.
- Orders destined for destinations outside Spain shall be placed under ExFactory conditions.The customer must arrange transport at their own risk and assume the necessary customs formalities to import the goods into their country. The method of payment in these cases will be by bank transfer in advance or by opening a Negotiable Letter of Credit with a bank of our choice. Angel Cerdá will provide the Certificate of Origin and the rest of the original documents necessary for the clearance of the goods and will require the forwarder to issue the EX1 export document.
This document is issued by Angel Cerdá SL with its conditions, as a guarantee of quality of the product and services it covers, for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery. These conditions are established without prejudice to the rights of the consumer, according to Royal Decree Law 1/2007 of 16 Nov. This guarantee does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, by not having correctly applied the conditions of conservation and maintenance or by materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
The following cases are expressly excluded from the guarantee: Damage caused by pets, damage caused by sharp materials, staining of fabrics caused by rubbing against external textiles (clothing), damage caused by extreme heat or objects at high temperatures, damage caused by unsuitable cleaning processes or products.
In the event of incidents that justify the use of this guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or resolution will be chosen in accordance with the legally established terms.
This guarantee shall be forfeited if:
- The article covered by this guarantee, its identification number, its installation or if it is intended for a use other than that for which it was made, is tampered with or repaired without the knowledge and/or written authorisation of the company.

The information in this guarantee or in the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.
In order to make use of the guarantee it is essential to present this document together with the proof of purchase.
In the event of any incident that may arise, you can contact the Customer Service Department of Angel Cerdá SL or the competent Consumer Body to make the corresponding complaint.
